CHINA – Hong Kong

February 4, 2023 @ 9:30 am - February 19, 2023 @ 4:30 pm

Dear Friends,

We are delighted and honored to have H.E. Kalu Rinpoche coming to HK in February 2023 to preside over a three-day Niguma Yoga Retreat and two weekends of dharma teachings and empowerments.

Niguma is one of two great dakinis whose wisdom and teachings are the source of the Shangpa Kagyu lineage school of Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism.

The Yoga movements that Niguma taught are extremely beneficial for our physical body and the subtle body, which is related to the energy channels and wind movement. ‘Healthy body and healthy mind‘ are the ultimate goals of this teachings. This is especially important in the era of pandemic.

H.E. Kalu Rinpoche, the head of the Shangpa Kagyu lineage, is actively promoting this practice worldwide to benefit more people in the world.

It is very fortunate that we can receive the transmission and teachings of this precious practice, which was kept secret for many years in the past, by an authentic and experienced master __ the H.E. Kalu Rinpoche.
