Retreat with Kalu Rinpoche from June 11th to 25th.
Hello everyone, Tashi delek,
We are happy to announce that Kyabjé Kalou Rinpoche will guide a retreat from June 11th to 25th in Paldenshangpa la Boulaye.
If you want to participate, you can already register for part or totality of the retreat, at your convenience.
This retreat will be open to all, including beginners. It will consist in practicing Shamatha – and Niguma’s yoga.
The practice sessions will take place every day (except on June 20th, the ending day of the 3-year traditional retreat)
- 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. : Shamatha – Vipassana
- 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. : Niguma’s yoga
Session fee : 25€ per day
