Teaching of SAMATHA Meditation.
We are pleased to announce the arrival of Kyabje Kalou Rimpoche at the end of 2018.
From December 21 to 23, 2018 Rinpoche will teach the meditation of SAMATHA, CHINÉ in tibetan, also called “calm abiding”.
These courses are open to all, including beginners.
Teachings and practice :
– Friday 21 : one session in the evening.
– Saturday 22nd : one session in the morning and one session in the afternoon.
– Sunday 23rd : one session in the morning.
