We are pleased to announce the arrival of KYABJE KALOU RINPOCHE at the end of 2019.
From December 21 to 23, 2019 Rinpoche will teach the meditation of SHINÉ, also called “calm abiding”.
These courses are open to all, including beginners.
Schedules for the 3 days:
6am : 1st session: Praise of the Twelve Deeds of the Buddha, Heart Sutra
9am : 2nd session : Shiné
11am : lunch
13h30 : 3rd session : Shiné
Break
4th session : Shiné which will end with the practice of Surchö
