Niguma Yoga.
His Eminence Kyabjé Kalu Rinpoche, lineage holder of the Shangpa Kagyu Buddhist tradition, will be teaching the rare and unusual physical yogas of the 11th century yogini, Niguma, on June 2 – 4 in Ashland, Oregon.
Kalu Rinpoche is offering these instructions to bring awareness to our physical and mental well-being, and to give physical benefit using this lineage of yoga and practice that has been maintained for the last thousand years.
