A: You know, all the worried and the fear comes from the fixation of the mind. In order to overcome, at least little bit, not all of it, is to practice Chenrezig, to “practice compassion”.
“Practicing compassion” doesn’t mean you have to go in a street and help everybody. “Practice compassion” means visualisation of all the sentient beings, and making offerings to all the Buddhas and bodhisattva, and benefitting all the sentient being, in the form of radiance and form of all the different materials, to temporarily fulfilling their desire. That sort of visualisation is important.
