So therefore, before you start the Amitabha practice you can do some breathing meditation or like I said based on a simplified object, meditate little bit for at least fifteen minutes, to really to decompress your mind and to meditate little bit, you know?
So this starts with the prayer, you know, to the lineage, as you can see on the page 2, right? So after a little bit of meditation then you do prayer like this, you listen to me:
The Supplication of the Maha Sukhavati Sadhana
NAMO AMITABHAYÉ
Homage to Amitabha.
NUB CHOK DÉ DEN PÉ MO KÖ ZHING TSO
Lord of the blissful Land of Pemo Kö in the west,
CHI MÉ CHOM DEN Ö NANG TA YÉ LA
The Bhagavat of deathlessness, Boundless Light,
SOL WA DEP SO JIN LAP NGÖ DRUP TSOL
I supplicate you; grant blessings and siddhis.
DÖ MÉ SANG GYÉ DRUP PAR JIN GYI LOP
Bless me to accomplish the primordial buddha.
CHEN RÉ ZIK WANG TU CHEN TOP LA SOK
Lord Chenrezik, the One of Great Power, and the others,
JANG SEM NYEN RANG DRA CHOM KHOR TSOK LA
The assembly of bodhisattvas, shravakas, pratyekabuddhas, arhats and your retinues,
SOL WA DEP SO JIN LAB NGÖ DRUP TSOL
I supplicate you; grant blessings and siddhis.
DÖ MÉ SANG GYÉ DRUP PAR JIN GYI LOP
Bless me to accomplish the primordial buddha.
…
Like that. Right? So the melody goes like this:
NAMO AMITABHAYÉ
Homage to Amitabha.
NUB CHOK DÉ DEN PÉ MO KÖ ZHING TSO
Lord of the blissful Land of Pemo Kö in the west,
So little bit down, and little bit up and then ending the sentence. It’s the same thing, same phrase repeating, same melody repeating every sentence, you know?
