Q: How to cope with stress?
A: I think there’s a material responsibilities and then there’s human beings interaction, or the families and relatives, and coworkers, and people and the friendship that you have and the neighbours you have, and so on, so forth. So I think if you have something to build, physically, some form of material, then I think that stress is much easier to overcome, because knowing, and calculating how long it will take, time to build, and so on, so forth.
But the human relation based on trust and material and disloyalty and loyalty, lack of connection and change of mind, and so on, so forth. And then due to that, and then you are in a stressful situation because you depended on them in the past, and so on so forth. I think in that kind of a matter, you really have to look inward, not outward.
At that moment, what is done is already done. But what can be done is not to repeat that again. So not to repeat that again, is to not to repeat the stress, what you already had is already there, is already too late. So what you can do, is not to repeat that circumstance of the stress, or circulating that, or that cycle of that stress again and again. That’s the most important matter.
The most important matter is that what is done is done. People who have betrayed you, they have done. People who have done harm to you, it’s done. But what you can do, is stop the cycle of that stress, and stop the cycle of that suffering. And stop the cycle of that illusion and suffering and so on, so forth.
So therefore, you look into the very state of the very emotion of the stress. What is the cause of the stress? Is it really other people? Is it really myself? Is it my emotion? Is it the weather? Is it due to the late arrival with my taxi and my bus? And due to that, now other people are disappointed and betrayed me, and there was a lack of a fortune, and so on, so forth.
With lot of stress, you can blame on many things. But one thing that you should definitely do is, you can blame on many things, but that is not the real answer.
