And then try to think like this, it says:
[Tibetan]And then all the worldly things are not so important, not so important. Nothing is really, really beneficial, nothing is really beneficial. Then again, holding onto that thought, meditating a little bit. Nothing is really important in terms from the worldly things.
[Tibetan]Ultimately there is nothing from the worldly things that can be truly beneficial, there is nothing that truly benefits anyway.
[Tibetan]So therefore there is no benefit from it, there is nothing really truly worth it, nothing truly worth it, there is no sense of ultimate meaning in that worldly life. Then it is all impermanence, everything is bound to change and that is the samsaric world. And then just simply rest yourself with that thought, it says.
[Tibetan]So, think of all this different circumstance and then just let it go and rest.
Do try to speculate too many things, just have a very gentle thought of, little bit like observing the reality of the samsara from the distance but also not becoming too tight with it. Just simply seeing, little bit like watching a movie. Like an example, when you watch a movie, there is a character that he dies then there is a character giving birth, there is a character that is going into a suffering and all the different kind of character that you witness it, you are not really crying over it. I mean unless there are very good actor and actress then you are fully convinced, like if you are teenager or something like that. [haha]
But just simply observing, observing the scene “Oh, that’s the suffering of this, that’s the suffering due to that, that’s suffering of this and the reality of suffering of pretending, lying, dishonest and betrayal, lies” and so on. As we see, as we see, observe, but not really merging yourself “ah, ah, this is terrible” like panicking yourself, not like that. But also not trying too hard to understand also, just observing “Ah, I see the reality of the samsara”. Like that for few minutes, little bit like visually, projecting and seeing that’s the reality of the samsara. Then you just cool it down, relax and rest. Okay?
Don’t try to be “what is the point of that, what is the result of that, I didn’t get the result, my last session was better than this session” and all the speculations, stop it!
It didn’t say speculate, it said observe, see the reality of the suffering, see it and rest. Okay?
