It is like how you decompress your state of mind, right?
So you see, observe and rest. No need to cry over it, no need to get excited over it, see and rest!
Just see and rest, very gentle attitude, don’t forget that! Very gentle perception of the reality and very gentle attitude, not fine to come to a very quick conclusive understanding “What is the point of this and what is the point of that?” trying to get some sort of a quick result, that agitated mind, right?
So that agitated mind has to be absent, okay? When we approach the normal preliminary practice we are saying “Ah, this is so sad, tomorrow you might die, today you might die, you never know” and then putting the cup upside down and so on. Not like that because when you practice “Illusory body and mind” your mind has to be subtle, gentle and so on.
The pace is very important.
When you practice “Illusory body and mind” pace is very important. It is not about doing as fast as possible, it is going with a slow pace, slow pace, slow pace with awareness of mind together and so on.
Remember when we did the Niguma Yoga yesterday, like (1) in the beginning there is a lot of stretching, throwing, cleansing and (2) then gradually it is like gazing, pointing, gazing, echo, meditating on the sound of the echo, meditating into non-duality, remember that? So the “Illusory body and mind” is the 2nd stage.
