My vision is very simple. That is, to have more genuine practitioners, and guide them, and protect them and help them as much as I can. Instead of focusing on large number of people, instead of that, prioritizing smaller group, analyzing their quality, and debating with them, and practicing with them, and doing retreat with them, I find that is very important.
Because many people nowadays, they read a lot of books, they debate about everything, they think everything is possible just by being intellectual. It is not possible. You have to practice, you have to dedicate to do a three years retreat, you have to dedicate yourself at least a few months retreat, to discover something very serious. Otherwise, if everything could be solved by intellectual perspective, then the retreat concept and its structure that is established by the great masters would not have been there since the beginning.
So my vision is very simple, retreat with the people, short-term, mid-term, long-term, and also analyzing with the qualities, I find it is very important.
