Kalu Rinpoche | Niguma’s “Amulet Mahamudra” (Morning session) | The Seventh Meditation

“ཐད་ཀ་ཉེ་བ་གྱང་ལྡན་ནམ་རིང་བ་རི་ལྡན་ལྟ་བུ་ལ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་སྟེ་བདུན་པའོ།”

“té ka nyé ba gyang den nam ringwa ri den ta bu la nyam par zhak té dün pao”

Such as looking at the landscape, like a beautiful landscape of a mountain, small mountain, hills and then meditating upon like that.

Ok, so I think, for the morning session we will stop here and then we will start again at 2 PM. I would like to say a few words to our Zoom participants, if you are based in Europe, just don’t worry about it. I think it is recorded and so it will be given to you afterwards. If you’re based in Europe or other country that is not fit with your time zone. OK? If you are in America obviously, you are more free.
