May all the abundant auspiciousness and goodness of all samsara and nirvana in the ten directions and three times, like the uninterrupted flow of a great river pervade everyone in all directions.
1 I think this is very close to our reality. All of us having wisdom of speech and all the realization of the Buddha and Bodhisattva, their blessings combined together. So that we can spread the Dharmic teachings, you know, as a melody, unstoppable melody. Pleased to hear from all the sentient beings, you know?
།འགྲོ་རྣམས་སྐད་དུ་བདག་གིས་ཆོས་བསྟན་ནས།
DRO NAM KAY DU DAK GI CHÖ TEN NAY
And then translating and preaching the Dharma in their own language, so that every sentient being can be understood, the meaning of the Dharma and the benefit of the Dharma. So that, and the, by the result of that, you know, all the sentient beings, you know, none left behind and then liberated in Buddha, in a Buddhahood, you know, enlightenment, or you can call it.
2 So now we are talking about the bodhicitta, bodhicitta, compassion, bodhicitta, loving kindness, all the time. So I will give you the Buddhist principle of the bodhicitta here in these three sentences.
།སེམས་ཅན་ཁམས་དང་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གཏིང་མཐའ་དང།
།ནམ་མཁའི་མཐའ་དང་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ཚད་མེད་ལྟར།
།བདག་གི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཏིང་ འཛིན་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམས།
།གཏིང་མཐའ་དཔག་མེད་ཚད་བཟུང་མེད་པར་ཤོག
SEM CHEN KAM DANG JAM TSO’I TING TA DANG
NAM KA’I TA DANG CHO YING TSAY MAY TAR
DAK GÌ MÖN LAM TNG DZIN TRIN LAY NAM
TING TA PAK MAY TSAY ZUNG MAY PAR SHOK
You know? All the sentient beings are, you know, the number of the sentient beings is like a space or like the depth, like the beneath the sea or like the height as a limitless height of the sky itself, just like that, in a limitless sentient beings that are suffering, that are currently there.
With my dedication, with my prayer and with the meditation, with the wisdom and with the activity in a limitless way and benefiting them in all the different directions, regardless of the depth, regardless of the height, regardless of the vastness, you know, of the sentient beings in terms of number, I want to benefit all the sentient beings, you know?
So that is the principle of the bodhicitta. Limitless, not some kind of a short-term aim but rather a long-term aim and a vast aim, you know, in both ways. So that is a principle that we must uphold when we talk about bodhicitta, at least in our prayer first.

།སེམས་ཅན་མ་ལུས་བདེ་ལ་འགོད་པར་ཤོག
KOR LO JUR JAL PAK MAY DAK TRUL NAY
DRO KUN RAY KONG CHÖ KYI JAL SI KYONG
KA NYAM SHING KAM KUN LA WANG JUR NAY
SEM CHEN MA LU DAY LA GÖ PAR SHOK
You know? This is the example of our living Buddha, His Holiness, you know, Dalaï Lama, the Great Fourteenth. He is a king, and, but he is, at the same time, not just ordinary king of Tibet but he is a Dharma king, you know? Due to the Dharma king there is a Dharma kingdom, you know? So that all the sentient beings worldwide can practice and to be liberated and, you know, that is the prayer. But at the same time this is our reality right now, you know? We have a living Dharma king, you know, living Buddha and Dharma king inseparably come together and then that is our His Holiness Dalaï Lama, you know?
And because of him, so many different ideas, you know, or different background of different countries, and different people, all come together when we speak about Buddhism and Dharma, so and so forth. And the result, the, you know, all of that happen because of the Dharma king. Not just the king but the Dharma king who gives the, how do I say, opportunity for all the participant, you know, all the living sentient beings, to practice, you know, and to be heard of the Lord Buddha’s teaching.
And that is our current reality that we must keep in mind. That is called the Dharma king. It happened several times in the history, you know? But our, but our current Dharma king is His Holiness Dalaï Lama. And due to that many of us and the Buddhist practitioner, you know, we travel around the world with a great joy and pride and then with a sense of harmony. And that is our current reality.
Then we must pray for the longevity in that case, in that direction as well.
