You visualise, all of you as Avalokiteshvara, and if it is too difficult to visualise, just think of the lotus that symbolizes love and compassion, spreading the radiance to all the sentient beings and the six Realms and liberating and creating the absence of all the suffering.

Through the merit of practicing generosity and so on,
DRO LA PEN CHIR SANGYE DRUBPAR SHOK
May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings.

May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness.

May they be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
DUK NGEL MÉ PÉ DEWA DAM PA DANG MI DRELWAR GYUR CHIK
May they be inseparable from true happiness devoid of and suffering.
NYÉ RING CHAK DANG DANG DRELWÉ TANG NYOM CHEN PO LA NÉ PAR GYUR CHIK
May they realise great equanimity, without attachment to loved ones and aversion to others.

This is the realm known as Delightful

Take birth there without any other intermediate birth

and behold the face of Amitabha;

Is Amitabha’s pure land

Whoever recalls this name
SHING CHOK DÉ RU KYÉ WAR SUNG
It is said they will take rebirth in that supreme realm
PEMA DAM GYI MA GÖ TAR
Within a fully opened lotus flower
SI SUM DRI MÉ MA GÖ SHING
Unstained by the impurities of the three worlds
SIPÉ PEMO LÉ JUNG WÉ
Arising from the lotus of conditioned existence
DEWACHEN DU KYÉ WAR SHOK
May I take birth in this Land of Great Bliss!
MI TSANG LU DI BOR WAR GYUR MA TAK
As soon as I have discarded this impure body
DEWACHEN DU DZU TÉ KYÉ WAR SHOK
May I be miraculously take birth in this Land of Great Bliss!
KYÉ MA TAK TU SA CHU RAB DRÖ DÉ
Proceeding swiftly through the 10 levels
TRUL PÉ CHOK CHUR SHEN DÖN CHÉ PAR SHOK
May I send forth emanations to benefit beings in the 10 directions!
