༄༅།   །རྗེ་བཙུན་སྒྲོལ་མའི་ཞལ་ནས།
jetsün drolmé shyal né
Noble Tara sang:

སྒྱུ་ལུས་བདེན་མེད་གནད་ཡིན་ཨ་འཐས་ཤིག   །
gyulü denmé né yin até shik
The vital point of Illusory Body is lack of intrinsic reality: Destroy your firm belief in the solidity of things.

།རྨི་ལམ་འདུན་པའི་གནད་ཡིན་ལམ་དུ་ཁྱེར།   །
milam dünpé né yin lam du khyer
The vital point of Lucid Dream is directed intent: Integrate this with your daily life.

འོད་གསལ་མོས་གུས་གནད་ཡིན་གསོལ་བ་ཐོབ།   །
ösal mögü né yin solwa tob
The vital point of Clear Light is devotion: Pray.

གཞན་དོན་སྙིང་རྗེའི་གནད་ཡིན་ཕྱོགས་འཛིན་སྤོངས།   །
shyendön nyingjé né yin chok dzin pong
The vital point of benefiting others is compassion: Renounce self-centered bias.

ཞེས་དང༌།

གཉིས་འཛིན་སྤངས་ན་འདོད་ཆགས་དང་གིས་ཞི།   །
nyidzin pang na döchak dang gi shyi
If you give up dualistic clinging, Your desire will be calmed within itself.

ཕ་མར་ཤེས་པས་ཞེ་སྡང་རང་སར་གྲོལ།   །
pamar shepé shyedang rang sar drol
If you recognize beings as your parents,

གསལ་ལ་རྟོག་མེད་གཏི་མུག་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཐིམ།   །
sal la tokmé timuk ying su tim
Your anger will unravel in its own ground.

འགགས་མེད་དུག་གསུམ་རང་སར་འཆིང་བྱེད་འདི།   །
gakmé duk sum rang sar ching jé di
If you maintain clarity without discursive thought, Your stupidity will dissolve into the absolute expanse.

དེར་འཛིན་མེད་པས་རང་སར་གྲོལ་བར་ངེས།   །
der dzin mepé rang sar drolwar ngé
If you bind the unceasing three poisons in their own ground, Without grasping them, they will surely be released there.

ཉོན་མོང་རང་ཤར་རང་གྲོལ་ཉིད་དུ་ལྟོས།   །
nyön mong rangshar rangdrol nyi du tö
Watch the emotions self-liberate as they arise.

ཞེས་གསུངས།   ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཞལ་ནས།
shyé sung tukjé chenpö shyal né
Bodhisattva Great Compassion sang:

འདུ་འཛི་གཡེང་བ་བདུད་ཀྱི་བར་ཆད་ཡིན།   །
dudzi yengwa dü kyi barché yin
Distractions of busyness are demons’ impediments.

ཆགས་སྡང་སྣ་ཚོགས་གྲོགས་སུ་མི་འཆར་བས།   །
chakdang natsok drok su mi charwé
Until the myriad forms of desire and anger help your meditation,

རྐྱེན་ངན་དབེན་པའི་དགོན་པ་རྟག་ཏུ་བསྟེན།   །
kyen ngen wenpé gönpa taktu ten
Always remain in seclusion, far from harmful conditions.

ཚེ་ལ་ལོང་མེད་འཆི་བ་བསམ་པར་རིགས།   །
tsé la longmé chiwa sampar rik
It’s wise to consider that life is short and to reflect on death.
