ཞབས་གདུབ་དང་བཅས་བི་ནཱ་ཡ་ཀ་མནན། །
ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་སྟག་གི་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཅན། །
ཕྱག་དྲུག་སྦྲུལ་གྱི་རྒྱན་གྱིས་རྣམ་པར་བརྒྱན། །
གཡས་པ་གྲི་གུག་བར་བ་འཕྲེང་བ་འཛིན། །
ཐ་མ་ཌཱ་མ་རུ་ནི་དྲག་ཏུ་འཁྲོལ། །

Wearing anklets, your feet trample Vinayaka.
Mahakala, you wear a tiger skin skirt.
Your six arms are adorned with ornaments of snakes.
Your upper right hand holds a curved knife, your middle hand holds a garland,
Your lower hand fiercely plays a hand drum.
གཡོན་པ་ཐོད་པ་དང་ནི་མདུང་རྩེ་གསུམ། །
དེ་བཞིན་ཞགས་པ་བཟུང་ནས་འཆིང་བར་བྱེད། །
དྲག་པོའི་ཞལ་ནས་མཆེ་བ་རྣམ་པར་གཙིགས།།
སྤྱན་གསུམ་དྲག་པོ་དབུ་སྐྲ་གྱེན་དུ་འབར། །
དཔྲལ་བར་སིནྔྷུ་ར་ཡིས་ལེགས་པར་བྱུགས། །

CHEN SUM DRAG POI U TRA GYEN DU BAR

Your three left hands hold a skull-cup, a trident [three-pronged spear] and a lasso,
Your gaping mouth reveals your four fangs,
Your three blazing eyes are wrathful,
Your hair is blazing upward,
Your forehead is marked with a vermilion dot.

ཁྲག་འཛག་མི་མགོ་ལྔ་བཅུའི་དོ་ཤལ་ཅན། །
རིན་ཆེན་ཐོད་སྐམ་ལྔ་ཡིས་དབུ་ལ་བརྒྱན། །
ཤིང་ལས་བྱོན་ནས་གཏོར་མ་ལེན་མཛེད་པའི། །
དཔལ་ལྡན་ཕྱག་དྲུག་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྟོད། །

The crown of your head is sealed with Buddha Akshobhya.
You wear a neckless of fifty human heads dripping with blood.
Your head is adorned with jewels and five dry skulls.

ཅི་འདོད་དངོས་གྲུབ་མྱུར་དུ་སྩལ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །།

བདག་ནི་གུས་པས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །
བདག་སོགས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས། །

With respect and devotion I take refuge in the Lama
Who is inseparable from the Protector

Completely eliminate all mental afflictions.

བདག་ནི་གུས་པས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །
བདག་སོགས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས། །

མྱུར་མཛད་མགོན་པོ་དབྱེར་མེད་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །
GE WA DI YI TSE RAB KÜN TU DAK
GYEL WEY DAM CHÖ MA LÜ DZIN PA DANG
DE YI KEL KYEN SEL SHING TÜN KYEN DRUP
NYUR DZE GÖN PO YEL ME DRUB GYUR CHIK
Through this virtue may I in all my lives,
Fully uphold the teachings of the Dharma
Overcome adverse conditions and create favorable conditions for the practice of Dharma,
And may I attain the state of the Lama and Protector inseparable.
