YÖNTEN RABDZOK GANG KYI RIWO SHIN

RANG SEM LHEN CHIK KYEPA TÖN DZEPEI
CHÖJE LAMA CHOK GI TASHI SHO

May there be the auspiciousness of the supreme lama, the Dharma Lord,
the perfection of whose qualities are like a snow mountain.
Satisfying those of good fortune with a river of blessing,
he shows the natural spontaneity of our own minds.

DRUP PA PO LA BU SHIN ZIK DZE CHING
MINDREL LÜ DANG DRIP MA JISHIN DU
DAMTSIG CHEN LA NGÖDRUP TER DZEPEI
YIDAM LHA TSOK NAM KYI TASHI SHO

May there be the auspiciousness of the assembly of Yidam deities
who bestow siddhis upon those who hold samaya,
who look upon practitioners as their children and,
being inseparable from them, shelter them accordingly.

DAMCHEN DRUP PAPO YI JE TRANG SHING
SHI DANG GYE DANG WANG DANG NGÖN JÖ SOK
NATSOK TINLE TSÜL SHIN DRUP DZE PEI
CHÖ KYONG SUNGMA NAM KYI TASHI SHO

May there be the auspiciousness of the Guardians and Protectors of the Dharma
who properly perform their various activities of pacification,
increase, magnetization and destruction
and lead us along.

NAG SI RANG DRÖL GYUMA MI LAM SHIN
DEWACHENPO GYÜNCHE MEPEI NYAM
YI LA JARME TONG SEL NAM KHAI NGANG
DECHEN CHAG GYA CHENPOI TASHI SHO

May there be the auspiciousness of the Mahamudra of great bliss,
the mind of non-doing, emptiness, and clarity, of the nature of the sky.
May there be the experience of continuous, unbroken joy;
appearance and the world are spontaneously free like an illusion or a dream.

DKUP PA PO LA TEN CHING CHÖPA DANG
KURPA DEBPEI KYE DRO GANG YINPA
TAMCHE JANGCHUB LAM MO GÖ DZEPEI
NYAM ME JANGCHUB SEM KYI TASHI SHO

May there be the auspiciousness of matchless Bodhicitta,
the practitioner’s support and object of veneration
which seeks to place everyone,
even those who malign us, in enlightment.

KHORWA NYANGEN DEPA TAMCHE KYI
TASHI GOPANG JINYE YÖPA NAM
PÜNSUM TSOKPA CHU WOI SHUNG SHIN DU
KYE DRO YONG LA TAKTU TASHI SHO

May there be good fortune for the great mass of beings,
all of the auspiciousness of samsara and nirvana
like the central channel of a river
of all that is good.

SÖNAM DAR GYE RI GYEL LHUNPO SHIN
NYEN DRAK CHENPÖ NAMKHA SHINTU KHYAB
TSERING NEME SHENDÖN LHUN GYI DRUP
YÖNTEN GYAMTSO CHOK GI TASHI SHO

May there be the auspiciousness of the supreme Ocean of Qualities (a play on Jamgön Kongtrül’s name),
merit like the mass of the King of Mountains,
great reknown pervasive as the sky, long life, health
and the benefit of others be spontaneously achieved.

Such is the Oral Seal of Auspiciousness.

Prayer written by Karma Rangjung Kunchab (Previous Kalu Rinpoche).
