Among Vajrayana, Mahayana and Theravada, some people have different perception of high level practice, medium level practice and low level practice. Of course the difference is there. But our perception, from ourselves, should not have less respect just because it is Mahayana practice, or more respect just because it is Vajrayana practice. All these teachings comes from Lord Buddha. Therefore respecting equally is very important. As the essence of a practice itself, it depends on the different practitioner with his/her realization, and also his/her karma connection. So that is something very general that we have to think. The highest practice or the lowest practice must not be there. But when we accumulate our experience and quality, there will be such reality of high or low level of realization.
