the unimpeded sixteen melodies of the speech of dharma;

the mind like the all-pervading space of the wisdom of dharmata,
JETSÜN LAMAI ZHABLA SÖL WA DEB/

GYELWA KÜNGYI KHYENTSEI KYIL KHOR LE/
From the mandala of knowledge and compassion of all the Victorious Ones,
DROKÜN GAWAI Ö GYA GYE KHE PA/
one-hundred lights of joy are skillfully sent forth to all beings.
NYINGPOI DÖN TÖN JETSÜN LAMA LA/
To the venerable lama, the one who shows the meaning of the essence,
GÜPE CHAK TSHAL NYINGNE SÖL WA DEB/
I supplicate from my heart with prostration and devotion.
TASHI GELEK PHÜNTSHOK KÜN GYI ZHI/
The foundation of all necessities of well-beings, virtue, and auspiciousness,
DAM CHÖ MINUB GYALTSHEN DZIN PAI DAK/
Lord who holds the victory of not decreasing the genuine dharma,
JANG CHUB SEMKYI DAK ZHEN NYAM NYI GONG/
by the enlightened mind which knows self and others as equal,
YIZHIN NOR DRAI LAMAR SÖL WA DEB/
I supplicate the lama who is like the wish-fulfilling gem.
PALDEN DOJE LOBPÖN KYIL KHOR TSO/
Lord of the mandala, the glorious vajra master,
GANG NANG KÜN KHYAB DEWA CHEN POR ZIK/
whatever appears is seen as all-pervasive great bliss.
LHÜNDRUB TRINLE ZANG PO DRO WAI GÖN/
(You of) spontaneous good activity, lord of beings,
PALDEN LAMAI ZHAB LA SÖL WA DEB/
I supplicate to the feet of the glorious lama.
KHYEN PA SHEJYAI NE KÜN SEL WAR ZIK/
The one who clearly sees all that is necessary to know through omniscience,
TSEWE PHENDEI GATÖN GYA CHER GYE/
an increasing festival of benefit and happiness is sent forth by your compassion.
NUPAI NYINGPOI TENPA SEL DZE PA/
You who have the essential ability to clarify the doctrine,
DRÖLWAI GÖNPOI ZHAB LA SÖL WA DEB/
I supplicate to the feet of the lord of beings.
TSHEN TSAM DRENPE BARCHE THAM CHE SÖL/
Merely by recalling your name, all obstacles are dispelled.
SÖLWA TABNA GÖDÖ THAM CHE JYUNG/
If one prays to you, all aims will be fulfilled.
GÜPE TENNA NGÖDRUB THAM CHE TSÖL/
If I show my devotion, all siddhis are bestowed.
SAM PHEL NORBUI ZHAB LA SÖL WA DEB/
I supplicate to the feet of the wish-fulfilling gem of Sam-phel.
RANG ZHIN Ö SEL MA CHÖ NYUK MAI DANG/
Having the complexion of the primordial, unfixated nature of clear light,
GANG SHAR RI ME DAKPAI KHOR LO CHEN/
having a pure circle unbiased by whatever arises,
LAMA CHOKGI ZHAL LUNG NGON NE PA/
who has obtained the full manifestation of the word of the excellent lama,
JETSÜN LAMAI ZHAB LA SÖL WA DEB/

By the power of this prayer and praise to you,
GÖNPO KHYÖ KYI TAKTU JE DZIN CHING/
Lord, may I always be held as your disciple.

As long as the ocean of samsara is not emptied,
KHYÖ KYI TEN LA JYAWA JYE PAR SHOK/
may I act according to your doctrine.
