FRANCE – Paris

September 13 @ 10:00 am - September 15 @ 5:00 pm

Learn and practice Niguma Yoga with Kalu Rinpoche.

His Eminence, Kyabje Kalu Rinpoche
The lineage holder of the Shangpa Kagyu, will offer one weekend of teachings on Niguma Yoga.

Niguma was one of the two Wisdom Dakinis that inspired and continually bless the Shangpa Kagyu Lineage school of Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism. Today Kyabje Kalu Rinpoche is the head of this unique and unbroken lineage.

Niguma Yoga works with both the physical body and the subtle, inner body which is related to wind energies and channels, and has many profound benefits for the mind and body and general wellbeing. Having experienced the benefits of the Niguma Yoga himself, and in recognition of the physical and mental sufferings people are experiencing during these difficult times, Kalu Rinpoche is inspired and fully committed to share the profound instructions and exercises with whoever is interested and wishes to train in them.

We are very fortunate to be able to have this precious opportunity to receive the transmission of this profound practice from such an authentic and experienced master as Kalu Rinpoche.

The teachings are open to anyone, Buddhist and non Buddhist alike.
