Dear friends,
We are honored to announce, in advance of the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the Palden Shangpa La Boulaye Buddhist Center, the exceptional presence of the sacred relics of Buddha.
The relics will arrive on Friday, June 28, and will be welcomed by Kyabje Kalu Rinpoche, Wangchen Rinpoche, and Kentrul Thokmé Rinpoche.
The event is free and open to all.
The program will include:
Friday, June 28:
– 11am: Arrival of the relics, installation in the temple, and prayers to Buddha
– 12pm: Break
– 2pm-5pm: Prayers to Buddha
– 5pm-6pm: Break
– 6pm-7pm: Prayers and Chenrezi practice
Saturday, June 29:
– 9:30am-12pm: Prayers to Buddha
– 12pm: Break
– 2pm-5pm: Prayers to Buddha
– 5pm-6pm: Break
– 6pm-7pm: Prayers and Chenrezi practice
To conclude this exceptional event and celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Palden Shangpa La Boulaye Buddhist Center, Sunday will be an opportunity to celebrate wisdom and compassion, in the presence of these revered relics and eminent spiritual personalities.
