Kalu Rinpoche | You are responsible for your own happiness (Part 3)

And suffering is not permanent, suffering is temporary, happiness is temporary, excitement is temporary, everything is temporary, everything is bound to change.

And when you, when you analyze that and see that from that state of mind, doesn’t mean that you become numb or bitter. Some people they become Buddhist, so called “Buddhist”, and they become bitter, they bitter on everything, everything! Anything! So becoming a bitter doesn’t mean that you have realize the truth, because when you are bitter person, that means that you are not in peace with oneself, isn’t it?

Like there’s so many, you know, self entitled, you know, so called “master” this, “master” that and, they are so bitter about everything! You don’t have to be. Being bitter doesn’t really solve anybody’s problem, judgment free and being chaotic also doesn’t solve any problem.

Just being yourself and see the meaning of impermanence. I think that is important. Being bitter doesn’t mean you have realized anything further. So don’t be so bitter with oneself or one’s life.

There’s a lot of failure, a lot of misery, a lot of suffering. I, I suffered a lot. It’s just that in the Facebook that you see me, you know, talking calmly. But behind this stage, I, I, I go through a lot of suffering, lot lack of experience, with experience, betrayal, there’s so many things. And it’s life.

You are responsible for your own happiness.

And you don’t have to be delusional, you just have to be little more awaken mind.
