There is one person, Norbu, asking a question that I have met His Holiness Dalaï Lama recently, so what is my “feeling”?
And I said my “feeling” is there’s no “feeling”! Because normally when we go to see a, you know, a big master and, you know? Like His Holiness Dalaï Lama, like for me, His Holiness Dalaï Lama, you know we plan lot of things right? We say “I need to explain to him this! Number one! Number two! Number three! Number four! Number five! Okay! So when I see him! I need to say this, this, this, that! And then I gain the audience! Then! Then I can, you know, then I can get for the, I can get all the answers” and so on.
But like I said earlier in Tibetan language, you know, when you are next to the, such enlightened being, whatever the worldly plan you have, when you are right next to them, holding His Holiness Dalaï Lama’s hand and getting a blessing, being next to him, receiving teaching, then in your mind, in my mind, I feel, I feel everything is just fine. Everything is just, just, just fine. You know? You, there’s a big difference between “wanting more, and more, and more” and being in that moment of “everything is just fine”. Fine. You know? That feeling. Not a satisfaction. Satisfaction is sensorial feeling. Feeling fully content. “Ah this is good…” not even “this is good”. “This moment” you know?
So that is my “feeling” when I meet great masters, and then when I see His Holiness Dalaï Lama, you know? And when I see great beings, you know? so, you know, especially like an example, you know, His Majesty the King, when I, when I the presence of the Fourth King, His Majesty the King, Jigme Singye Wangchuk, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk, when I, when you get near their presence, because of their compassion and love to all the people, and as a Dharma King, then you feel such a content, you know? Like you don’t wanna ask too many things, you don’t want to say too many things. You feel in peace. You know?
So that’s my experience, you know? So that’s that.
