Q: When can I use the Chöd practice?
A: Chöd practice is not necessarily with a big drum and a with a big bone and the bell with a big long hair and white cloth. That’s not the definition of Chöd. Because many people they assume that’s a Chöd.
The definition of the Chöd, means seeing the reality, without any filter, and yet at the same time, having a sense of joy and immense compassionate state of mind and attitude to everyone and without a single moment of self-righteousness, neither the arrogance. So that is Chöd.
