The offering will take place in Dharamsala, India, the home of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. As a part of that event, His Holiness will confer the Mahakala Blessing (gonpo jenang) at the request of Kalu Rinpoche in the morning at the Main Tibetan Temple.
གངས་རི་རྭ་བས་བསྐོར་བའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ།
From the pureland surrounded by a ring of snow mountains,
ཕན་དང་བདེ་བ་མ་ལུས་འབྱུང་བའི་གནས།
The source of benefit and happiness without exception,
སྤྱན་རེས་གཟིགས་དབང་བསྟིན་འཛིན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཡི།
All powerful Tenzin Gyatso, who is Avalokitesvra,
ཞབས་པད་བསྐལ་བརྒྱའི་བར་དུ་བསྟན་གྱུར་ཅིག
May you remain steadfastly until samsara is exhausted.
ཕྲིན་ལས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུར་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག
May your activities be as all encompassing as space!
