All the teachings of the truth coming from the Buddha Shakyamuni or Kalachakra are combined and essentially: Kuntzoh and Tundam (relative and absolute truth).
Kuntzoh is what we do as visualisation, anything that has a creation like making an offering or wanting to meditate and making visualisation of Bodhisattva or sentient beings and of yourself as Avalokiteshvara, all these are creation ; also doing yoga practice, that is also creation.
Anything that is created is part of the creation path practice.
Anything that is not created is the absolute practice, which is meditating with the Nature of mind.
These two are the pillars and essentials of Bouddha Dharma.
