Breathing and Niguma Meditation

His Eminence Kyabje Kalu Rinpoche, whose predecessor founded the Kagyu Dzong temple at the Great Pagoda, will provide public teaching on Breathing and Niguma Meditation.
Niguma is considered to be one of the most influential teachers of yoginis and Vajarayana in the 10th and 11th century in Kashmir, and an important Buddhist of the Shangpa Lineage of which H.E. Kyabje Kalu Rinpoche is the current lineage holder.
