Kalu Rinpoche | Niguma Meditation Paris – to recognize the nature of the mind (Q&A1)

Q: [The question is translated into the ears of Rinpoche and is not audible.]

A: Very big question! The nature of the mind is there, but I haven’t discovered yet. [haha]

The nature of the mind is there, Buddha has taught about it, many great master have taught about it, but the nature of the mind, the very existence of the nature of the mind is beyond the duality of the mind.

So then there’s the nature of the mind, but the Buddha have taught about it, many Bodhisattva has taught about it, but there’s not such thing that I can point the finger here as a nature of the mind.

So, but in order to recognize the nature of the mind, we need to first discover the subtle body and the subtle mind first.

In order to discover the subtle body and subtle mind, we need to develop awareness of our own illusion.

So in order to recognize illusion, we need to have some sense of renunciation, not full renunciation, little by little.

Under any circumstance, avoid this mindset of “everything is emptiness”, you know. That mindset is not really helpful in the beginning.

Practice with our own limitation and then naturally the nature of the mind can be understood right.

Is it okay? Okay.
